This project had undergone substantial remodelling by another developer but lacked finish, style and cohesion. This was a design consultation project working with the existing components to create a contemporary, grown up look ready to sell to a first time buyer or down-sizer.

Next Level Living consulted to overhaul the kitchen, bathroom, spatial functionality and overall colour palette.

The property was put on the market and went under offer within a record 9 days.

Kitchen

High gloss units, integrated appliances and a moulded, single piece quartz worktop were chosen.

Bathroom

Working with the existing layout, we updated the flooring, colours and finish.

bedroom

The masculine look was balanced with an elegant radiator and lighter grey tones.
